Well I have failed myself and everyone who believed in me.  I stepped on the scale this mornin and there was a 3 lb  weight gain from over the weekend!  I Let myself go and engorged in everything junkfood.  I am pretty upset at myself this morning, so new game plan.

- mark down everything I eat in a notebook.   This way I always have it with me.
- no fast food for at least 2 months (except for moving day)
- no restaurants for at least a month.
- drink water, no more pop
-no skipping workouts!

Breakfast: coffee and banana nut muffin 200 cal
break: watermelon and baybel cheese 140 cal
lunch:  Ham and cheese sandwicn and low call cookie pack 400cal
break: yogurt 50 cal
dinner:  chicken red pepper and potato 300 cal
snack: triscuits 100 cal

total: 1190 cal

Work out: 321 prevention 60min circuit workout 786 cal

last weigh-in 135.4
weight loss goal .4
weigh-in this morning 135.6

I don't understand to be honest...I don't think I should hav gained...but I guess it just means I have to workout harder today...

Ok so in one day I read this two places...in shape and prevention magaazines.   It says that if you are a highly motivated person with fitness goals focusing on weightlos, but with a positive body outlook (no chance of you know and eating disorder)  you should weigh yourself everyday with a scale showing ounces.  Breaking up your goal (3lbs a week) into 7 days, so that you can guide your workout to results.  So despite my pubscent issue with hating food, I have a pretty much positive body image and my goals are pretty decent (117lbs for 5'2")  so I think I should be ok.  I have motivation issues lately so I need something to keep my ass in check.  

So weigh- in for the day 135.6 lbs.  I will go back to listing food tomorrow I have shamefully not been keeping track.

Breakfast:  Banana nut muffin and coffee 200 cal
snack: watermelon and baybel cheese 140 cal
Lunch: ham and egg white salad and nectarine 250 cal
snakc:  thins toffee bar and carrots 140cal
dinner:  maple glazed salmon with fettuccini alfredo (half serving) and asparugus with two glasses of wine (210 + 90 + 250+50+200)  800 cal
snack: sweet chilli chicken 200cal
Total: 1730 cal

Work out:  Nothing too busy :(

Wow going out to dinner was apparently a bad idea...let's see how that pans out. gah extra work out today...

lunch: Frenchfries from the whistle pig 300cal
snack:pickles and dole sparklers 60cal
dinner:  tuna sanwhich carrots and peach frut cup 390 cal
snack:  nothing

Total: 1090 cal

Work out:  
60 min dance cardio 680 cal

I left work at 11:30am yesterday, I wasn't feeling too hot and they were offering people to go home.  I ended up falling asleep when I got home so not much eating was done...when I woke up I was starving and my dad brought home whistle pig fries, so i ate them.   I ate the lunch I bought earlier for my dinner.  I also didn't eat dinner until 8:30pm.  I got wrapped up in my school schedual which is not working out to eat.  I need to get better at this :(

Well I am not even going to touch on the long weekend (which technically went until Jul04/06 for me)  Cus well I didn't keep track of food and I didn't do any specific workouts, though swimming and tubing are definitely workouts in my opinion.  I gained weight anyways so it doesn't matter.  I stepped on the scale eventhough I said I wouldn't.  I really really didn't like what I saw.  I  know it was only 3 lbs and it's all water weight and bloating, but it still hurt.  Though I admit to stepping on the scale again this morning and it already being down a lb.  Wooo back to the dreaded number.  I hope I don't get stuck on the plateau again.  I think I will kick myself repeatedly if i have to stare at that number for another 2 weeks.  Anyway on to yesterday.

Breakfast:  Banana nut muffin and coffee 200 cal
snack: watermelon and baybel cheese 140 cal
lunch: tuna sandwich 280 cal
snack:  fruit cup and carrots 150 cal
dinner:  chicken and bbq sauce pickles and a piece of bread 280 cal
snack: pop 160 cal

Total: 1210 cal

Work out:
60 minute circuit 796cal
30 min tone and sculpt 300
Total: 1096 cal

Yesterday was alright.  I admit when I got home I wanted to skip it as well the weekend made me lazy.  But I managed to convince myself that all I would do is an hour with the 3lb weights and it won't be that bad.  By the time I was half way through I was feeling great and ready for more.  So I picked up the 5lbs again when I changed over to the tone & sculpt video.   I am happy that workin out makes me happy.  I guess I just have to stay motivated and not stop:)

Snack: watermelon and baybel cheese 140 cal

lunch: tuna sandwich and yogurt 350cal

snack:  carrots and fruit cup 140 cal

workout:  protein bar and hydrating drink 265 cal

Dinner:  Pork buttons and veggies 250cal

Total: 1255 cal

workout:
60 min dance cardio 635 cal

I was feeling very lazy last night, but at least I got something in.  My dad brought home a bunch of energy drinks and protein meal replacement bars from his buidness.  The energy drinks(like red bull) are only 8 cal with 0 grams of carbs or sugar.  I am going to give them a try today.

lunch: ham and egg salad ranch dressing and yogurt 240 cal
break:  carrots and thins chocolate bac 150 cal
dinner:  5 sausages and green beans 580cal
while working out: energy drink 35 cal

total:  1295 cal

Workout:  
321 prevention 756 cal
ab butt thighs 250 cal
Bike ride:  150 cal

Total: 1156 cal

K well I know it's not weigh -in day and all but I stepped on the scale again just cus something told me I should...so I did.  133.4lbs!!!!!  wooooo!   I think that has to do with the big dinner I ate.  see i was reading my shape mag and I sucked it up and took the advice that 1200cal is still too little expeciall to cut under, as your bodies metabolism is affected, sooo it's now going to be 1400cal  just a protein bar away.  I can do it:)   I feel awesome this morning.

ok so I only lost 1/2 lb, but at least it's something, and the point for this week is that I am noticing the change in the way my body looks...I know I am builiding muscle and it's starting to look better:)

Lunch:  Turkey sanwich and Carrots 390 cal
Snack: carrots 50cal
Dinner:  Chicken, picles and english muffin ,and coke 324cal
Snack:  piece of quesidilla 60 cal

Total: 1164 cal

Workout:  
60 min dance cardio 638 cal

It was a very stressful day and I really didn't have much time to work out...but I ate well:)
